This feedback from a school just arrived today:
“On Monday I used the Gefühlsmonster Cards in an anti-bullying unit.
The students were asked to pick a card in the beginning of the class which represents their feelings on the topic of bullying.
One student chose a happy, cool monster. After being asked about the reason behind his choice, he replied that sometimes he was the bully and that it was cool to be strong, it felt good.
At the end of the unit the class was asked to pick a card again and this student picked a sad monster this time. Now he said that he didn’t know “how crappy it was for the others”.
I was impressed how quickly the students were able to express themselves. The Gefühlsmonsters are a great medium! Thank you, thank you, thank you!”
